Service Description

Overview The Six Sigma Yellow Belt (SSYB™) course is designed for anyone who wants to understand the fundamentals of Six Sigma and how it can be applied to improve quality, reduce defects, and enhance process performance. The course introduces the key concepts, principles, terminology, and methodology of Six Sigma, providing participants with a practical understanding of how Six Sigma supports process improvement and quality management. The Six Sigma Yellow Belt examination assesses participants' understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of Six Sigma. Upon successful completion of the examination, participants will be accredited as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Prerequisites None
